The CJC Desorber D10 is designed for water removal from oil using a patented desorption process. Here are the key details:

1. Application:

   • Marine applications: Thrusters, stern tubes, hydraulic systems, and compact gears with smaller oil volumes.
   • Compatible with EALs (Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants) such as esters and glycols.
   • Works with mineral oils and synthetic fluids, even breaking stable emulsions.

   • Removes free, dissolved, and emulsified water from oil.
   • Extends the lifetime of both oil and components by a factor of 3-4.

3. Working Principle:

   • Preheated oil (60°C) meets cold, dry air in a counterflow.
   • The air absorbs water from the oil until saturated.
   • Warm, moist air is chilled to condense water out.
